ORA-19506 - failed to create sequential file, name="3eur6ovs_1_2", parms=""

Hi All

We have 2 node RAC on 12.1.0.2  on Linux 7.6 . We have TSM installed for taking the RMAN backups.

We are currently facing issue with one of the database on those servers   while taking the rman backup . IT's consistently throwing error like the below .

How to resolve this error. Any thoughts. Thanks !

ORA-27191: sbtinfo2 returned error

ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:

ORA-19600: input file is backup piece  (+BACKUP01/testdb/BACKUPSET/2020_03_16/nnndn0_tag20200316t000024_0.391.1035158427)

ORA-19601: output file is backup piece  (3bur6gsp_1_2)
