CRM RC_REMOTE_CONTROL Toolbar Action

here is a button in CRM that can be configured to launch a third-party remote control process from the case they are working on.  We would like to see if that button can be configured to load CmRcViewer.exe on the agents computer, or if not, then a web version?

Navigation to set up the toolbar:

Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > Component Configuration > Toolbar > Toolbar Definition

Toolbar ID: CRM_HHD

Button name: Remote Control

Assuming File location on my laptop, assuming it is in the same folder for everyone.
