Oracle Database 11g Clustering Options

Hello,

I have questions regarding clustering and licensing.

1. Redhat HA Cluster with Pacemaker +  Oracle 11g Standard setup

I'm configuring Oracle 11g with Redhat HA clustering feature(not using Oracle's HA solution). Does it still require Oracle 11g Enterprise or Standard 2 for licensing?

1x HPE MSA2050 (SAN)

2x Redhat OS with High-Availability configured (Pacemaker)

1x Oracle Database 11g Standard will be installed on Redhat cluster.

2.Oracle RAC

If I want to configure clustering with Oracle RAC, what licenses are required?

1x HPE MSA2050 (SAN)

2x Redhat OS

1x Oracle Database 11g Standard

Oracle RAC

3. Question regarding patching.

The exact version I like to install is 11.2.0.4.0. How can I patch  11.2.0.1.0 (downloaded version) exactly to it?
