Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.4: additional license for BI Publisher required?

Hi all ,

we are using Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.4 and would like to create several reports. Since the "Information Publisher Reports" are deprecated beginning with OEM release 12c Oracle recommends using the BI Publisher instead. Our OEM is installed on a standalone machine - no other databases are installed and configured on that host. My question now is if the BI Publisher requires a separate/additional license or if the license is already part of the OEM license itself. I have checked "My Oracle Support" - but haven't found any helpful so far.
