Mysterious missing sql_id

Hi,

Trying to run sql advisor for a sql statement,  got the job ran several times recently including one run today in the morning, can find stats for the sql, but got "SQL statement does not exist" error when trying to run sqltune,  anyone ran into this wired situation before?  Idea to clear the error?
