P43081 Processing Option Status Invalid Error

Hello,

I'm currently working with users on getting the purchase requisitions setup in 9.2 E1. We are running into a hard error when reviewing the rejected purchase orders from the P43081. I have validated my processing options and order activity rules (will attach them) and I am not sure what I am missing to result in the error.

See attached for my current setup and the error message.
