Siebel Server and Siebel Gateway is not starting

Hello

Siebel was working correctly, but suddenly the environment fell, the server and the gateway went down, then it went up again, but even so the Siebel application did not upload anymore

Upon reviewing the logs the following was found:

1) gateway log

DBCLog DBCLogError 1 000000025e753aff: 0 2020-03-20 14:57:45 [1076673536] [ODBC 20101 driver] [20101] ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed.
