Oracle 12c increasing java pool size

Dear Experts,

We run 3 nodes RAC in Exadata environment.

Database version 12.1.0

2 of 3 nodes have pretty big java pool size.

Node3(Normal state):

Could you give me some hints what process could be reason of increasing Java Pool size on node 1 and node 2.?
