Revise existing P34004 setup

Dear All,

We would like to revise the existing setup in P34004 for one particular rule and work order type (i.e., to exclude ( Uncheck Included Flag) a specific work order line status "MQ").

Will there any consequences, if so what are they? any document in oracle which talks about this scenario.
