Supplier cost interface to against Closed project

Hi Team,

Version : R12.13

Issue :

The supplier cost is interfaced to Projects against closed and end dated  projects/task after ran the PRC: Interface Supplier cost.(Project was closed after invoice creation)

Can we stop to interface the supplier cost against closed and end dated projects.

Is there any functionality to setup for getting exceptions details for closed project after ran the PRC: Interface Supplier cost.
