Siebel Table apply/activate using Siebel Tools taking time

Hello Community,

Table Apply/Activate is taking time using Siebel Tools in Prod due to Table size is huge , So as an alternate approach and a faster approach we can generate the DDL using tools and run them directly in Oracle Data base . Is there any side effect of using this approach or is there any other better and faster for this ?
