in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

I am working on one of top account.

My customer has asked - why TFA needs Java to operate and why it needs TLS,  as its an on host metadata capture which we would feed to Oracle indirectly from the database host why is this a requirement?
