IRR need re-creation of diccache.dat ?

Hi Team,

We recently moved a small change in Prod using Migration Business Service. We just moved Runtime Repository and not schema changes via IRR using Business Service.

But we observed WorkMon comp was not online and once we removed diccache.dat and bounced Siebel server comp came up fine.

Later we observed issues with EIM job failing with error 'SBL-EIM-00205: Failed to load the application dictionary.'
