rate type and rate copy from invoice to payment

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to auto copy rate type, rate automatically from a hedged invoice (usually foreign currency one) to payment, without user manually check rate on invoice and key in for payment, as this may be little difficult and human errors can happen.

Any possible ways to improve this part?

Please suggest.
