Absence Suggestions for Entitlements/Takes Concerning COVID-19 Events
To any Consulting/implementation partners on this forum. This is Jill from Oracle GSC. I have received a few SRs from customers seeking guidance on setting up entitlements and takes (either regular or extended) for any events related to COVID-19 illnesses.
It is not within GSC scope to walk customers through setup, etc. I ask, therefore, that anyone who has been performing any setups in preparation for potential events, to share suggestions among the community.
