Oracle apex 19.2 using EPG gateway stopped working after upgrade from Apex 5

  I am having a weird problem with my Apex in PROD.

After I upgraded my PROD the apex login pages worked for a couple of days and then not responding. The page dies with page not ound

A clone from the PROD works great again.

Checked the few database parameters that I know

LOCAL_LISTENER

DISPATCHER

SHARED_SERVERS

Is there a log file to check for any errrors ?
