Payroll Fast Formula - is there a way to pick up daily dimension for an element
In implementing the new COVID-19 sick pays, we have a need to pick up the daily amount of this type of sick pay in the current run to see if it reaches the daily limit the employer is to pay (there is also a lifetime limit but there is already a standard dimension that covers that).
I don't see any balance dimension that provides the work-day totals so our fast formula for this sick pay can tell if the employee has already had the full limit calculated for that work day.
Am I wrong about that, or will we have to use a custom function to calculate the daily amount for the sick pay element and return that to the fast formula to check if he hit the limit?
