Date Time picker in 24 hour format

Hi,

I have a datetime parameter in BI Publisher dataset which uses 24hour format (output is ok in 24hour), but date/time picker forces me to select 12 hour AP/PM time. Is there any option (global or report level) to use UI date and time picker in 24 hour format?
