dbca -silent errors

Team,

I am trying to create 19.3c instance on virtual machine running

Linux Machine_NAME 3.10.0-862.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Mar 21 18:14:51 EDT 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I am running the following command

dbca -silent -createDatabase -responseFile ./file.rsp

I am getting

[FATAL] [DBT-50000] Unable to check for available memory.                                                                    

Tried: Unset below environment variable: ORA_CRS_HOME . Is not set in my env.

                                                                           

[FATAL] [DBT-50001] Unable to check the value of kernel parameter {0}  

Bug ID 28914144: I am working with IT to : /tmp filesystem is                                                     

mounted with noexec option. Errors do not happen if the filesystem is mounted                                                

without that option
