How to correct person effective date (New Hire)

Hi Community,

We have an employee which its person record effective date is FEB-10 (by mistake). The employee actually started working on FEB-02 and now OTL FEB-02 week period is not available due to the wrong hired date. How can we correct the employee in manner that FEB-02 week period becomes available? in other words, how can we correct this person hire date.

What we already tried ?

- We tried to delete the person and create the person again. The problem is this issue was reported late and now exceptions like approved time cards assign to the person and expenditure assign to the person are showing.
