PM Schedule for every 3000 KiloMeters

Hello All,

How to define the preventive maintenance schedule for vehicles based on meters. I could not able to understand the documents, Please help.

Once the vehicle reaches,

at, 3000 KM - Activity 1 and Activity 2 have to be done.

at, 6000 KM - Activity 1, Activity 2, and Activity 3 have to be done.

at, 9000 KM - Activity 1, Activity 2, Activity 3, and Activity 4 have to be done.

at, 12000 KM - Activity 1 and Activity 2 have to be done.

at, 15000 KM - Activity 1, Activity 2, and Activity 3 have to be done.

at, 18000 KM - Activity 1, Activity 2, Activity 3, and Activity 4 have to be done.

at, 21000 KM - Activity 1 and Activity 2 have to be done.
