Any good option for converting Oracle report into pdf in concurrent manager - steps for integration

Looking for a good option of opening the Oracle Report Builder written report as a PDF in Concurrent Manager (including the page breaks as expected) .

Thinking about XML Publisher and Concurrent Manager Integration. Not all detailed steps or sample in Doc 132947. 

Any good clear document with the steps?
