Update Class Grade Option Mid-Semester in 9.2 Fluid

I have been following this string on the HEUG SR listserv regarding a possible pass/no pass option for students to select mid-semester due to the coronavirus and classes being taught online for the remainder of the semester.

What is the 9.2 Fluid equivalent to Edit Class Enrollment Options in 9.0?  In 9.2, our students see an Update Classes option under Manage Classes, but clicking on it results in the message 'No Selected Class to update.'  Is 9.2 Update Classes the equivalent to 9.0 Edit Class Enrollment?  If so, what permissions or setup might we be missing?
