How to limit OTBI procurement reports data security based on users' department or cost center?

System: Oracle Fusion ERP - Financials Cloud 20A (Financials + Procurement); OTBI

Hi,

I have encounter some problems about implementing the system. I would like to limit the users data access right by only letting them see the data within the users' department or cost center.

For example, based on the User Account Details in security console, the user could only see the data in the procurement report (e.g. OTBI procurement - Procure-to-Pay Real time )limit by his own business unit and department.

I already tried to use some methods:

Method 1:

1) Launch the Manage Data Role and Security Profiles task.
