register system with uln from ansible

Has anyone successfully set up a playbook to register an Oracle Linux system to ULN using ansible?

I have tried using the rhn_register with the serverURL pointed to linux-update.oracle to no avail.  I need to have the system registered before I can pull the oracle preinstall down.
