E1:MOBJ: Insert image on JDE Web Client but not see in Deployment

Dear Espert,

I am running JDE 9.2.3.x. I have a doubt on how the media object such as "Images" are transferred in between E1 Web Server folder to Deployment Server.

Say that a user attaches image into media object but the same image did not found in Deployment Server ?
