AR Interface Stuck Transactions Lines From OM

AR Interface Stuck Transactions Lines on the interface from OM. R12.2.7 AR Transactions .  I can see the transactions in the Interface Lines Table ( with no interface ID) but ran Auto Invoice Master   and get an error with no reason identified in Diagnostics.  and reason for stuck transactions and the interface status is still have null value for all the stuck transactions in interface table.

We have also checked Interface error table and found no records in there. When we made a data fix by setting the Request id column to null for all the stuck transactions they will all get processed after we re-ran the auto invoice master program.   We still don't have the clue for this weird behavior of Auto Invoice Master Program. Do anyone of you have faced any issues like the above? If so could you please let us know the resolution if it is related to a patch or something else?
