Earn code set up to only deduct medicare tax?

How can you set up an earning code for emergency sick leave act to ONLY deduct Medicare from those earnings? I don't see how in earn code set up taxes tab. I don't see how you can at the employee level job data on the payroll tab FICA Status. That would affect all earnings?Any help appreciated.. Emilie Wilshire
