Is R14110 (Budget Upload) job updates the Account Ledger Inquiry YTD field?

I wonder if R14110 (Budget Upload) job updates the Account Ledger Inquiry (P09200) YTD (year-to-date) field. If not, how can i see the YTD balance of the ledger budget type in the Account Ledger Inquiry? Please advise.
