What is the recommendation on updating the LOVs in IP2019.

Hi:

What is the guideline / recommendation on updating the LOVs in IP2019.

We have only DEV as DR and SIT / QA / PROD as RR. Should the LOVs always be taken from DR and moved to RR.

What happens if for any urgent reason we have to update LOVs in PROD (which is RR).

I really appreciate any thoughts on LOV migration process in IP2019.
