Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC)

Lot status histories are not found when status changed from Quality management samples.

When samples are created, lot status are changed from "Pass" to "On hold" and Changed from "On hold" to "Pass" when dispose the samples as Accept.

However, there is no any records found in lot status history neither looking in Form nor looking in table.
