Siebel ip 19.12 Gateway clustering on windows env fresh installation

Hi All,

Require a information for fresh installation of ip 19.12 upgrade,

1)  Gateway clustering solution with IP 19.12 on windows env?

2) Which clustering software is supportable from OS perspective?

3) what all settings for Gateway from Siebel side?

4) windows 2016 and windows 2019 supportable for ip 19.12?

5)J latest version is supportable for ip 19.12?

6) Also since we are doing fresh installation for prod env how to get all Siebel components( Custom OM and other custom comps settings) on freshly installed ip 19.12 from previous version?

Please help for the same.
