Label Issue after Siebel2019 upgrade

Hi Expert,

Recently we upgraded our dev environment from Siebel IP2016 to IP2019. While using application we observe that Label is missing in form applet when there is no data present in the field and it come back when we entered the data.

Please let me know if any changes are required to make it work.
