How To Convert oracle report(execution method) to java concurrent program (execution method) in EBS

I have Oracle Report as a concurrent request of execution method oracle report , we need to convert to concurrent request of execution method java concurrent Program request ,

is there a way to convert it from RDF to XML data template .
