Tool Upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2

Hello Everyone, We have JDE 9.1 server with TR 9.1.5.9 TR on a windows server and we have SQL DB. We want to upgrade the TR on 9.2.4.1. We have cloned the same 9.1 servers on windows 2016 platform and upgrading the TR 9.2.41 Can you guys help me with details steps for upgrading the TR 9.2.4.1. Thanks Ramsajeevan
