ERP JDe XE version PDF report genaration issue

Dear all,

We are facing using ERP JDe Xe version . we are facing  issue when report completed in WSJ in done status, when we try to view PDF genaration for the report getting given bellow error.

NOTE:We have DEV , TEST and PROD envirenemnts , we are able to see reports PDF  in Test and Prod envirnements successfully. Only we are getting this issue in DEV envernoment. Could you please help us to resolve this issue.
