R41821 - Location Update Questions

I have read through the document, (Doc ID 625676.1) and needed additional clarification.

We are only looking to add a 5th segment to the current location set up -- right now, we use segments 1-4 (2-2-1-2) and want to add a 5th one to make the format (2-2-1-2-2).  This change will only affect newly created locations - the old locations will not need to be changed. 

My primary question is do we need to include other tables besides the F4100 if we will only use the new format going forward?  If so, do we need to update all the tables in the 41/LU UDC?  I've seen conflicting information and just wanted to confirm.
