How to Set Up a Flat Fee Pay Type to be Excluded from Fringe

Due to the CoVid19 outbreak, Management has decided to give any employee required to report to the place of work a daily hazard pay of  $75 per day.  We have set up the pay type as a flat fee PDBA as a Penalty
