Keyboard Layout XDMCP

Hi to All,

i have got a little question. I have enabled gdm and xdmcp on a sparc solaris 11.3 maschine.
When i connect with an Windows X-Server to the gnome desktop there is a very special keyboard layout

enabled. When i type "a" it comes "y" , when i type "d"  it displayed "o".

I have installed also a VNC Server. When i logged in everything works finde.  There is only the english layout

enabled. When i can logged in with xdmcp i cannot see the keyboard layout tab. :-(

How can i change the keyboard layout when i connect with xdmcp?
