Distribution of actual for the forecast

Hi,

We  are able to create  the forecast ,we have observed forecast  is distributed among all the period , but actual incurred is showing to specific period .

I have verified the actual is showing for the same period for which actual is accounted  this is our observation .

Is there any setup or process missing to distribute the actual among all period .

i Believe if forecast cost is distributing , then actual should be distributed , we don't have any personalization
