Accrual Plan Start Date

Hi

Have a unique requirement.

We have to setup an accrual plan that is only applicable to specific Group like 'Director'.. The key thing is the starting date for the plan. So a person is promoted on 13-Apr-2019 has to start accumulating from that date. This is different from the vanilla options available in Oracle.

We are trying to customize the pto_Payroll_Calculation formula but are having an issue.

We have copied the standard formula and renamed it to custom. Have attached the custom formula to accrual plan. IN the accrual plan, we created a new Accrual Start value tha is being used in the custom formula.
