Employee DBA Instructions Amount Due not updating correctly

I started to troubleshoot this issue and noticed Bug 29062053 that is similar to what we are seeing with a 401k loan that is not displaying the correct loan balance in the "Amount Due" grid in Employee DBA Instructions.

We went live on E9.2 (Tools 9.2.3) in Dec 2019 and did not have this issue.
