W2 consent single sign on

We are using HCM 9.2 and have used selective adoption up through PI33.  We also use Single Sign On for PeopleSoft HCM so ESS users do NOT have to log in with a PSFT user name and password and therefore don't have that information.  The W2 Consent page is asking for User Name and password when they try to change their consent status.  Are there any ways to bypass the identity verification step or use the SSO credentials?
