LPN SHIP - Volume Type requiring Manual Fillout

Hi People

I´m testing some scenario on R11. 11.5.10  to use LPN SHIP

containers created, Lpn, Delivery

I´m facing an Issue, everything is going fine, except in flexfield Field Additional information for Brazil where in the FIELD "Volume type" Volumn type is not getting filled automatic

I need Fill out Manually the Volume type information to complete the process

I want some opinion how setup my environment to get "Volume type" Volumn type automatic filled by oracle then Working with LPN SHIP
