JObcode_sync crashing server

Jobcode were inactived in HCM and sent to ELM Through IB.

However , in  ELM side , it is causing the server to crash.

It looks like during Subscription in ELM, below mentioned update statement is create huge amount of data which is causing the server to crash.

We found that PSSUBHND process was the one generating a huge amount of Undo and has the highest number of block changes causing the huge amount of Undo, there by generating the large number of archive logs.

The pattern was it was generating around 1.5 GB of archive log in an minute.
