Setting up pay element for Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) - taxation.
We are setting up new elements to properly pay and track the FFCRA pay. We interpret the code to allow a credit on ER Medicare taxation (which we would take when we file our taxes) but to not be subject to FICA taxation or accumulation of FICA taxable wages. What primary and secondary classifications should we use? Thank you!
