"Save as Template" reversal

Hi all,

we have users that have decided it will be a good idea to save transaction projects as templates. The issue being that they have save them under same project id - this will be reported as a bug to Oracle.

However, meanwhile - do we have a way to reverse back to non-template? Is enough just to change the override the EFF_STATUS to A?
