ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel Process ID: 19645 Session ID: 648 Serial number: 144

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with GetNextNumberWithGapsCommit function failed to establish secondary connection and due to that we are getting Fatal SQL error in the app server log files says that  ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel Process ID: 19645 Session ID: 648 Serial number: 14403. We are on PS 9.2 /PUM 16 and Tools 8.51 and database 13.1 .When running Job mass update program for new Hire transactions when it tries to create New EEID failing to establish secondary connection. Similar error is happening across all the process like TL_TIMEADMIN  TL Payable time approval PS_ EOAW_IDS /HCDL_BATCH process and Archival process.

if anyone has insights into this error please advice.
