How to restrict a customer to use only 1000 Euro of discount in a calender year.

Dear Oracle Community,

When Xstore is Integrated with customer engagement. We want to restrict a customer to use a maximum discount of 1000 EUR in a calendar year. either it could be in a single transaction or multiple transaction the max discount (cumulative) should be 1000 only.

Please suggest how to achieve this in Xstore Version 18.0.1 and ORCE V18.0
