Old Solaris 11 version cannot generate certificated

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

After update the TFA to newer version. I found certificate cannot generated on old version of Solaris 11.

I follow this document https://docs.oracle.com/en/engineered-systems/health-diagnostics/autonomous-health-framework/ahfug/configuring-ssl-and-ssl-certificates.html#GUID-E7961A2C-523E-4875-B093-F5432D479276  to use self-signed certificates.  At step 8, I got 2 new keystore files. Then at step 9,

Configure Oracle Trace File Analyzer to use the new certificates, with command "tfactl set sslconfig". How to setup this parameter? I don't find any help about it.
